. Died on Wednesday morning at a Green Bay hospital. He was born May 13, 1896 in the township of Maple Grove, to the late Joseph and Agnes [Zygmanski] Swiecichowski.

He farmed in the Elm Lawn area until 1961 when the couple moved to Seymour. On July 29, 1919 he married the former Mary Humecke in Pulaski. He served in the US Army during World War I in France. He was a member of St John Catholic Church, Seymour and the St. Joseph Society of Hofa Park.

Survivors are his wife Mary; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Miss Phylis, at home; Rita and John Wier, Pulaski; Grace and Aryin Helms, Seymour; Ceil and James Conradt, Appleton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Clarence and Faye, Pulaski; Donald and Shirley, Green Bay; 17 grandchildren; six foster grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 12 foster great-grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs Helen Wilinski Sr. and Mrs. Sophia Kaczmarowski, both of Pulaski; Mrs. Leo [Mary] Kleczewski, Green Bay; Mrs. Frank  [Anna] Kaminiecki, Pulaski; Mrs. Verna Jach, Seymour; Mrs. John [Elizabeth]  Klimaszeski Sobieski; two brothers, Frank and Peter of Pulaski.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph [1943] and Agnes [1935]; one son, and two brothers, John [1966] and Joe [?]; and three brothers- in-law, John Wilinski Sr [1979], Leo Kaczmarowski [1961] and Mike [1966].

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral home Seymour, from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. on Friday at St. John Catholic Church, until the services. Prayer service 8 p.m. tonight [Thursday]. Funeral 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Leo Avers officiating. Burial in the cemetery, with military graveside rites. His parents and grand parents were the settlers of Hofa Park and Pulaski in 1877.
