Bette Pease, 77, of 617 Jones Ave., Oconto, died Thursday, March 15, 2001 at her home. Bette was born May 31, 1923 in Stourbridge, Worcestershire, England. She married Roscoe Pease on June 30, 1945 in Norwich, England. Bette loved knitting, especially for other people. She loved her pets and will be sadly missed by the wildlife she fed outside her home.

Bette is survived by her husband Roscoe, Oconto; two daughters Susan Pease, Oconto; Robyn Nabke, Oconomowoc; and three grandchildren Scott, Janice, and Marc Nabke.

The family received relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, March 19. Funeral services were conducted Monday 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard DeBenedetto officiating. Burial will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
