Funeral services were held this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. from the home and at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Evangelical church. Rev. Edwin Becker of Marinette officiated. Interment was in the Evergreen cemetery. Pallbearers were: Ed Classon, Antone Merline, William Strutz, Julius Riewe, Eugene Marek and Gus Ansorge.
Anna Werth was born February 11, 1870 in Germany. At the age of 11 years she came to America and to Oconto. She was united in marriage 47 years ago in Oconto to Ernest Wittkopf. She was an active member of the St. Paul's Evangelical church and Ladies' Auxiliary. Her presence will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.
The survivors are: her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Alvin Winans, Flint, Michigan, and Mrs. Frank Graichen, Fond du Lac; five sons, Leo, Pontiac, Michigan; Paul, Fond du Lac; Clarence, Oconto; Roland, Peshtigo, and Earl, at home; one brother, Paul Werth, North Fond du Lac; twelve grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Whitcomb, Whitefish Bay; Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Werth and family,Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Werth, Escanaba; Ferd. Gould and family, Peshtigo; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Werth, Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Giese and Mrs. Gust Werth, Menoninee, Michigan.
