Ada Jensen, 95, of 431 Washington St., Oconto, died October 8, 1998 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center, Oconto. The former Ada Way was born September 14, 1903 at Mountain to the late Stanford and Mary (Shaw) Way. She married Barney Jensen in 1921. He preceded her, in death December 23, 1959. Ada worked as a retail clerk at Kahl's Store and later at Weber's Decorating and Gift store. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Oconto, where she taught Sunday School for 20 years. She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge and is a Past Noble Grand of the lodge.

Survivors include two sons, John "Jack" (Dorothy) Jensen, St. MO; Arnold (Joy) Jensen, North Fort, AK. six grandchildren 18 great-grandchildren; great greatgrandchildren.

Ada was preceded in death by her husband; 15 brothers and sisters and a granddaughter.

Friends called at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto. Funeral service was conducted Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Freddrick Schulz officiating. Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery.
