. AGED PENSAUKEE PIONEER IS DEAD AT NINETY-TWO YEARS .

Mrs. Wilhelmine Topel, 92 years and 19 days, passed away at 6:45 Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Mealy, at Pensaukee, where she had made her home the past year. She had been ill one year, diseases incident to old age being stated as the cause of her death.

The funeral was held at 3 o'clock this afternoon from the Grace Lutheran church at Pensaukee with the Rev. L. F. Schneider officiating. Burial was in the Brookside cemetery.

The casket was carried by Earl Topel of Kenosha, Edward Swiedarke, Oconto, Ervin Topel of Marinette, Walter Kreshefski, Oconto, Howard and Gordon Topel of Pensaukee. (These are all grandsons.)

Wilhelmine Diecks (the correct spelling is Dicks) was born April 1, 1844 in Germany, She married Albert Topel in Germany and came to the town of Pensaukee shortly after, living there ever since.

Mrs. Topel was a member of the Ladies' Aid of the Grace Lutheran church.

Surviving are the husband; four children, Fred of Pensaukee, Mrs. Henry Swiedarke, Sr., of Oconto, Otto Topel of Pensaukee and Mrs. Mary Mealy of Pensaukee; 27 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
