Anna F. Wojner Couillard

Anna F Couillard, 96, Oconto, died Thursday September 28, 2000 at Riverside Health & Rehabilitation, Oconto. Anna was born February 14, 1904 in Norway, MI to the late Joseph and Frances (Tomasewska) Wojner. She married Vane V Couillard on January 11, 1922 in Menominee, MI. He preceded her in death on January 27, 1968. She was active in the Rebekah L.A.P.M. Lodge, Eastern Star, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Oconto.

Anna is survived by one son, William "Bud" (Roberta) Couillard, Oconto; one sister, Mrs. John "Agnes" Bond and Truman Bond, Oconto; one brother-in-law, Clarence LaCourt, Oconto; three sisters-in-law, Mildred Couillard, Milwaukee; Myrnel Wojner, Madison; Rose Wojner, Milwaukee; four grandchildren, Patricia Augustine, Green Bay; Michael (Roberta) Couillard, Madison; Sandra (James) Stellmacher, Oconto; Roger (Tracie) Couillard, Abrams; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Ethyln Couillard Gilles, Shirley Ann Couillard; six brothers, Stanley, John, Walter, Paul, Mike, Edward Couillard; one sister, Julia Lauric, and a brother-in-law, John Bond.

The family received relatives and friends at the First Presbyterian Church, Oconto, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday September 30, 2000. Funeral services were conducted 12 noon Saturday at the church with the Rev. Thomas Beck officiating and burial at Evergreen Cemetery. The Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, assisted the family.
