Mrs. Walter Belongia, 86, Wauwatosa, former resident of Oconto, died July 25. Funeral services were held at the Borquart funeral home and St. Bernard's church in Wauwatosa July 29, with burial in Holy Cross cemetery.

She was the former Anna Stieber. Her husband, Walter preceded her in death in April 1978. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, the Claude Prothero; two grandsons, David and James Prothero; two great grandchildren, Daniel and Nicole Prothero, two sisters and nieces and nephews.

Those attending the funeral included Mr. and Mrs. Wilton Belongia, Mr. and Mrs. Vetsre Belongia, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Sylvester from Oconto. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Belongia, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Belongia and Pearl Bauers from Kenosha.
