Anne T. (Mrs. Ralph) Vannaman, 68, of 2869 Sot Road, Abrams, WI died unexpectedly early Thursday morning, July 27, 2000 while at home.

The daughter of the late William and Elsie (Dumke) Patz was born October 22, 1931 at Beaver, WI. Anne was a 1949 graduate of Coleman High School. She met her lifetime love, Ralph Vannaman, while in college in California. They were married on September 7, 1957 at the First Baptist Church, Pound, WI. The couple lived in Southern California until 1961, then moved to Pound, WI until February 1964. They raised their family in Green Bay until they moved to Abrams in 1971. Anne was a traditional mother, staying home to raise her children. She loved traveling with and spending time with her husband. She also enjoyed art, animals, gardening and blueberry picking. She adored her grandchildren. Anne was an active member of First Baptist Church and her love for the Lord showed in her kind words and actions throughout her life.

Surviving are her husband, Ralph, Sr.; six children, Ralph Vannaman,Jr.(Sonny),of Menominee, MI; Dorotha Anne Vannaman, of N. Chicago, IL; Deborah (Rich) Wood, of Lena; Anne Marie (John) Vollrath, of Appleton; Michael (Zulay)Vannaman, of Oklahoma City, OK; Susan Vannaman, of Colorado Springs, CO; and daughter-in-law, Julie Vannaman, of Oconto Falls, WI; 10 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; four brothers, Wallace (Joan) Patz, of Mountain Home, AR; Earl (Joyce) Patz, of Strawberry Valley, CA; Willie (Barb) Patz,of Neenah, WI; and Donald Patz, of Lake Charles, LA; four sisters, Linda (Ted) Burkhart, of Carlsbad, NM; Rita Patz, of Greenville, SC; Ada Kostreva, of Libertyville, IL; Kaye (Dan) Beard, of Cape Girardeau, MO; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Elsie Patz, and one brother, Kenny Patz.

Friends called at the First Baptist Church, Pound from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m. Monday, July 31, 2000. Rev. James Frisby
