Aged Resident of Town of Bagley Passes Away,

A. Pete Anderson, seventy-two, well known pioneer farmer of the Town of Bagley, died Saturday, October 1, 1938 at his home.

He was born on March 23, 1866, in Kjallery, in Denmark, Europe. Pete moved to Oconto County, Wisconsin, with Jensine Larsen. Pete and Jensine Larsen were married on September 3,1893. Together they raised nine children. Their children were William, born on January 20, 1895; Mary, born on March 16, 1896; Nills, who died in infancy, Walter, born on February 27, 1898; Mable, born on August 12, 190 1; Jens, born on August 7, 1903; Mildred, born on March 17, 1906; Wesley, born on July 21, 1908; and Wilbert, born on July 10, 1911.

Mr. Anderson had been ill for the past two years and on June 27, he lost the sight of his eyes and was confined to his bed up to the time of his death.
