Alice Olson Kurecki died July 12, 2000 in Chicago at age 75.
Alice was barn March 29, 1925 in Mountain to Axel and Hulda 0lson, and was baptized and confirmed at Tabor Lutheran Church. She was graduated from Mountain high school and went to beautician school in Milwaukee. She was married to Raymond Kurecki October 11, 1947 in Tabor Lutheran church, and the couple lived in the Chicago area for many years, where they raised their family. Alice lived in Mountain during the 1980's, and has many friends in the area. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Erhardt (Rusty) Olson and Evans Olson, and by a son, Raymond, Jr. She is survived by husband Raymond, sons Stanley and Steven, daughters Susan and Anita, a brother, John Alger Olson (Alta), grandchildren, a great-grandchild, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held for her in Chicago July 22, 2000.
