Agnes Mary Koss, age 89, 309 7th St., Oconto, passed away at her home on April 7, 1999. The former Agnes Nerenhausen was born August 16, 1909 at Oconto to the late Peter and Rosalie Nerenhausen. She married William Koss April 24, 1937. He preceded her in death on August 15, 1976. Agnes was a clerk at Panetti's Ben Franklin Store for 15 years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish.

Survivors include one daughter Rosalie (Ronald) Verdegan of Altoona, WI; one son, Jack Koss and special friend, Ruth, of Oconto, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters. Visitation was held at Holy Trinity Parish, St. Peter Site, from 9 to 11:00 a.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 9, at the church with the Rev. Paul Schu- macher officiating. Burial was at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery. The Gallagher Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
