She was married to Chris Johson in 1884, and had lived in the same house here in the city for more than 56 years. She was an active member of the Emmanuel Litheran Ladies' Aid.
Services were held Sunday afternoon at two from the MacQueen funeral chapel and at 2:30 from the Lutheran church, with the Rev Elmer Christe officiating.
The deceased is survived by her husband and by three daughters, Mrs Martin Christensen of Oconto, Mrs Jennie Brown of Chicago, Mrs Edith Porter of Kansas City, Kansas and two sons, Louis and Leslie, both of Chicago; 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A brother and a siser are believed to be still living in Denmark, although no word has been received of them since the beginning of the war.
