Anthony "Tony" J. Lanser, 90, Suring, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012.
He was born June 26, 1922, to the late John and Anna (Otradovec) Lanser.
Tony married Mary Wescott on December 28, 1963, and they lived in the Suring
area all of their lives.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Mary; his three sisters, Imaine (Stan)
Olson, Eulalia (Llewellynn) Rueckert, Odile Wasmund; his two brothers, Cyril
Lanser and Dennis (Jane) Lanser; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Wescott and
Janice Lanser; two brothers-in-law, Gaylord Strehlow and Kenneth Heise.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Melanie Strehlow; his brother,
Matthais Lanser; his brother-in-law, Robert Wasmund, his sister-in-law, Joan
Lanser.
Friends may gather at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012,
from 9:30 a.m. until the memorial service at 11 a.m. Burial to follow in St.
