SCHROEDER, Augusta (GEHRKE), from Town Underhill, has passed away peacefully on 26 February at the age of 63 years and was buried on Monday, 2 March with Pastor Dumke of Town How officiating.

She leaves her husband, Carl Schroeder, four children, Herman in Town Richmond, Gustav in Town Underhill, Robert on the parents farm and a daughter, Hulda, who is married to Franz Tilligkeit in Town Red Springs; also three sisters, Mrs. A. Zimdars in Seneca and Mrs. Otto Voelz in Leopolis, also a brother Herman Gehrke in Canada and many relatives.

The deceased has suffered from a stroke two years and five months ago and has been unable to help herself for some time. Three days after the second stroke came on 23 February; she was taken from us three forever.
