She was born March 5, 1924, in the Town of Spruce (Oconto County), to the late Jacob and Anna (Tienor) Burish. Anne married Herbert Krueger in Spruce. He preceded her in death May 12, 1984. She retired from the former Gillett Plywood Co. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Town of Gillett, and the Ladies Aide. Anne was also a member of the Krause-Simpson Post 300, Gillett American Legion Auxiliary. Anne is survived by her son, Harold, Gillett; her daughter, Rose Krueger, Plover; her grandson, Jeremy Krueger, Littleton, CO; two brothers Jacob Burish, Clintonville; Donald Burish, Kaukauna; one sister, Emily Burish, Manitowoc; one brother-in-law, Junior Lambrecht, Gillett; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Anne was also preceded in death by two brothers Clarence and Francis Burish; four sisters Delores Burish, Rose Lambrecht, Alice Schmidt, and Marie Burish.
Friends called Wednesday at the Kuehl Funeral Home, Gillett. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Town of Gillett, with Deacon Ralph Beversdorf officiating. Interment in the church cemetery.
