The deceased was a resident of Oconto County for thirty-three years and was highly respected by her neighbors and many friends. She was born in Canada in 1822 and came to the United States with her husband and children in 1869. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mose LaBrosse of Oconto Falls and Mrs Frank Belongia of Sturgeon Bay, and five sons, William of Lena, James of Sturgeon Bay, Felix of this city and Adolph and John of town of Oconto.
The funeral was held at nine o'clock Wednesday morning at St. Peter's church and was well attended.
