Alice Broderick Cudnohufsky

Alice Cudnohufsky, 82, of 12084 County 2 North, Pound died unexpectedly Tuesday, December 26, 2000 at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette.

The daughter of the late Charles and Minnie (Schwittay) Broderick was born January 12, 1918 at Green Bay. She was married to Harry Cudnohufsky on February 24, 1937 at Pound. The couple operated a farm in the Town of Beaver and Alice worked for Graetz Mfg. Co., Pound for 11 years. She was a member of Section Eight Baptist Church, Pound.

Surviving are her husband, Harry; five children: Margaret (Donald) Carlson of Big Bend, WI; Roger (Joan) Cudnohufsky of Dunbar, WI; Betty (Joel) Gross of Pound, WI; Sharon Paitl of Lena, WI; and David (Doreen) Cudnohufsky of Pulaski, WI; 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Loretta Johnson of Streeter, IL and Esther (John) Sobeck of Lena; two stepbrothers, Ernest (Adeline) Broderick of Pound and Donald Broderick of Pound; and one stepsister, Edna (Robert) Cudnohufsky of Coleman. She was preceded in death by one brother, Orville Broderick.

Friends called at the Section Eight Baptist Church, Pound from 11 a.m. Friday until the time of services. Funeral services were held Friday at 1 p.m. at the church with Rev. Ronald Hoffman officiating. Interment in the First Baptist Cemetery, Pound. Grandsons served as pallbearers. Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman assisted the family with arrangements.
