Agnes was born October 14, 1920 in Mayville, WI to the late Peter and Mary (Penkoske) Angelich. Agnes attended St. Joseph Grade School and graduated from Oconto High School with the class of 1938. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Oconto Brewery for several years and also clerked at the Oconto Home Bakery. Agnes loved to sing and play the violin and piano.
Survivors include three sisters Marion (Russell) Lane, Oconto; Kathryn (Alfred) Turco, Kenosha; Bonnie Aubry, Green Bay; two brothers Peter (Beverly) Angelich, Oconto; Leon (Mary) Angelich, Austin, TX; a sister-in-law, Harriet Angelich, Stevens Point, WI; several nieces and nephews. Her parents and a brother, Louis Angelich, preceded her in death.
There was no visitation or services. The remains will be buried at Oconto Catholic Cemetery. The Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, is assisting the family.
