WIOTA:
Married in Freeport, last Thursday, Mr. Willard Rowe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Rowe, to Miss Grace Lancaster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lancaster, of Lamont. Miss Dorothy Rowe, sister of the groom, and Mr. Glenn Lancaster, brother of the bride, accompanied them.
On Friday evening a party was given at the Dave Rowe home, in honor of the event. A large crowd was present and the evening was spent in dancing and card playing. A collection was taken up and presented to the couple by Mrs. Harker Chapman, and many useful presents were brought. The couple are well known and their many friends wish them a long happy life.

WEDDED.
Lancaster – Rowe
Miss Grace Lancaster of Lamont and Willard Rowe of Wiota were married Thursday, January 22, in Freeport. The couple were attended by Glenn Lancaster, the bride’s brother, and Miss Dorothy Rowe, the groom’s sister.
The bride was dressed in blue crepe de chein trimmed with Spanish lace and beads. The bridesmaid was also dressed in blue crepe trimmed in beads and lace. The wedding party returned to the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Lancaster after the ceremony, where a reception and wedding supper was served to the relatives and friends of both families.
Mrs. Rowe is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lancaster and is a favorite among young and old in the community where she has always made her home.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Rowe and is an energetic and prosperous young farmer. The couple will make their home on the Rowe farm in Wiota, where they start wedding life with congratulations and best wishes.
