FORMER RESIDENT OF TOWN OF HOWARD DIES ...

HOWARD, Wis.
Word has been received here of the death of Harry Gillen 67, Milwaukee, former resident of the town of Howard, Monday morning, in a New York hospital where he had gone for medical treatment. The body is being return to Milwaukee where funeral services will be held.
Gillen operated the Gillen Stone quarry at Duck Creek 25 years ago before he went to Milwaukee to live. He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Brunette of the town of Howard, two daughters, Mrs. Peter Traudt and Mrs. Gene Dunn, Milwaukee; two grandchildren, two brothers, Martin, New York City and Edward, Milwaukee, one sister Mrs. Mae Higbee, Ripon; three step-sisters, Mrs. Milton Knoblock, Racine; Mrs. Margaret Tremaine, Cleveland; Mrs. George Baily, Detroit, and one step-brother, Ira Gin Gillen, New York City. Several town of Howard residents plan on attending the funeral services in Milwaukee.
