Obituary of Edward DeGrave - March 17, 1919

Ed. DeGrave the funeral of Edward Degrave of the town of Humboldt, who died Friday at his home, was held this morning from the Finger church at Preble. Burial in the church cemetery.

His wife and two children survive him, all ill at a local hospital with the same ailment.

NOTE: In the same column as this small obit appeared is the notice of the death of his daughter, Alice, of the same ailment, influenza.
