MRS. VIEAU DEAD
"Old Resident of the City Passed Away Last Night From the Effects of Dropsy"
Mrs. Charlotte Vieau died at her home on the south side last evening about 9 o'clock. She was one of the oldest residents of the city, having come here nearly 50 years ago and has made Green Bay her home ever sin ce. She has a large number of relatives here and many friends.
The deceased has been suffering with a severe case of dropsy for a number of months past and for the past few weeks she has been growing steadily worse. During the past few days her life has h ung upon a thread and the latter part of the week she was reported to have passed away.
Mrs. Vieau leaves four sons and one daughter to mourn her loss, her husband having died a number of years ago. She was 85 years of age. All of her children are grown and have families of their own and she leaves behind a number of grandchildren.
Arrangements have been made to hold the funeral on Thursday morning. The services will be conducted at St. Patrick's church at 9 o'clock on that morning by Rev. M. J. O'Brien. The interment will be at Allouez cemetery.}}
