 Francis Bush was, I believe, from New York State.  Marion H Moore was born in Port Dover Canada.  Francis may have come from a Quaker family.  The following family information was gathered from pages torn from other family bibles and kept in the Bush family bible.

Hunt Family Bible

Arleen Huesman obtained permission from the Vernon Historians to pass this information along, and typed it just as she found it written in the Bible. (Thanks, Arleen and the Vernon Historians.)

Arleen recently stopped at the Governor Hunt House in Vernon, Vermont. This belongs to the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corp and is the headquarters for their information officers. They have restored the building to the original condition and have on loan to them the Jonathan Hunt family Bible. The Bible is located in a glass case at the Governor Hunt House, and is on loan to the Vermont Yankee Information Center from the Vernon Historians.

Jonathan Hunt was Lt. Governor of Vt. ca. 1730-1780. His wife, Levinah (Swan) named the town of Vernon.

The Bible was printed by Sage & Clough - New York for Robert McDermut, and Sold at his book store No. 248 Pearl St. April 1806.

Mrs. Levina Hunt died at Vernon June 29 1834 aged 85.
