Member of the board of trustees of Washington County Grammar School; Theta Delta Chi fraternity; state chaplain, Sons of American Revolution; associate member Brooks Post, Grand Army of the Republic; member of Franklin Lodge No. 221, Free & Accepted Masons, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Gourgas Lodge of Perfection; Pennsylvania Council, Princes of Jerusalem; Pittsburgh Chapter Rose Croix; and Pennsylvania Consistory, Scottish Rite; and Mt.
