home of her son, James Underwood on Back creek. Surviving are two daughters and four sons: Mrs. Mary
Holland & Mrs. Laura Howell, both of Copper Hill; Robert Underwood,
Raleigh, W. VA; William Underwood, Stanford, Fla.; and Elijah & James
Underwood, Back Creek. Funeral service will be held at the Copper Hill
Brethren Church. Complete arrangements have not been made.” Her death record indcates she died Feb 19, 1935 Cave
Spring District, Roanoke Co., VA. 81y 7m widowed w/f, b. Franklin Co., VA,
