Sacred Heart Academy

 The academy was built in 1902 and operated by The Sisters of the Holy Cross. It was torn down in the 1950's

Ogden Military Academy

 

The academy was built in 1889 and in 1896 the State Industrial School assumed control. The buildings have been torn down.

Weber Academy

The academy was built in 1882 and torn down in 1970.

Pingree School

The school was built in 1892 and named after Job Pingree. The school was closed and torn down in 1970.

Old Lewis School

The school was originally the UPRR Hospital. The new Lewis School was completed in 1958.

Dee School

The school was built in 1904-05. It is now home to a health spa. It is one of the two oldest remaining school buildings in Ogden.

Madison School

The school was built in 1892. It is one of the two oldest remaining school buildings in Ogden. The school closed in 1970 and is now an apartment building.

Old Quincy School

The old school was built in the 1890s and in 1942 was torn down. A new Quincy School was built and currently is home to St. Joseph’s Elementary.

South Washington School

The school was built in 1904. In 1950, a new section was built and the old building torn down.

Mound Fort School

The school was named after the fort built in this area of Ogden. The old rock building was torn down in 1976.

5 Points School

The school was built in 1891. It was later known as the Lincoln School. The school was closed and torn down in 1970.

The old Ogden High School

The old school was built in 1919-20. It is now known as Central Middle School.

Sub-High School

The school was also known as New West Academy. Other known names were Ogden High and Central Junior High. The building has been torn down.
