for Leldon "Woody" N. Wood, 79, of Brownfield will be at 10 a.m.
Friday, February 25, 2011, at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with
Rev. Chris Seaton officiating. Burial will be in Terry County
Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Woody died February 21, 2011. He was born June 30, 1931, in Lamesa, Texas to James B. Wood and Martha Littrell Wood and graduated from Lamesa High School. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran. Woody married Nora Wilson, who preceded him in death in 1987. He then married Barbara Ann Pomfret in Brownfield. He and his wife lived in Brownfield since 1996. He was a member of Sandyland Antique Tracktor Pullers Association. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Donald and E.H. Wood. Woody is survived by his wife, Barbara Wood, of Brownfield; a daughter, Nancy J. Main of Spokane, Wash.; two brothers, Horace Wood and Mac Wood, both of Seminole; two granddaughters, Alisa and Sheila Harper of Las Vegas; and special, loving friends, Patsy and Curtis Campbell.
