General Mae Williams, 81, of Brownfield will be at 2 p.m. Thursday,
February 10, 2011, at Greater New Hope Baptist Church with Pastor
Eugene Reed officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery under
the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Mae passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011, in Brownfield. She was born November 3, 1929, in Milford, Texas to General and Idella Gates. She married Luther Williams on November 19, 1949 in Brownfield. He preceded her in death April 22, 1990. Mae was a member of Greater New Hope Baptist Church. She is survived by her niece, Kimberlee Scott, of Brownfield and many, many more nieces and nephews. Brownfield News |
