85, of Lubbock, died Friday, February 29, 2008, at a local hospital.
Funeral services were held Monday March 3, in the Franklin-Bartley
Funeral Chapel with Rev. Woody Jackson and Zan Walker officiating.
Burial was in the Terry County Memorial Cemetery. Irene was born in Lake Arthur, N.M. She was the daughter of Ernest and Cora Thurman. She married Grady Warren on Nov. 11, 1948. They moved back to Lubbock in 1987. Together they ran an agriculture business operation and she was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband. By two children--Donna Terrell of Vernon and Grady Phillip Warren of Lubbock and by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons. Her family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's fund or to a favorite charity. Brownfield News |
