Obituary for Marco "Tony T" Tijerina

Marco Antonio "Tony T." Tijerina, 25, of Brownfield passed away Sunday,
November 21, 2010, in Brownfield.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 26, 2010, at Mark A. Jones Memorial Chapel of Brownfield with Pastor Rosie Rodger officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday November 24. Personal services were provided by Mark A. Jones Funeral Directors in Brownfield.

Tony was born May 31, 1985, in Lubbock to Marco Antonio Tijerina and Norma Rodriguez. He graduated from Brownfield High School in 2003 and was a life-long resident of Brownfield.

Tony had a wonderful smile, loved everyone and enjoyed all his friends. He loved being around all of his family. He was very particular about the way he looked had great hair. His hobbies were dancing, singing, music and taking pictures.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Norma Rodriguez and his father Marco Tijerina, both of Brownfield; maternal grandparents, Vecente and Tina Salazar and paternal grandparents, Lupe and Lupe Tijerina; two brothers: Dusty Tijerina and Ricky Rodriguez both of Brownfield; one sister: Vanity Rodriguez of Brownfield; one nephew, Jermiah Rodriguez, and one niece, Lillyanna Rodriguez both of Brownfield.

The family would like to acknowledge Valerie Flores a special best friend and Ashley Everett a special cousin.

He was preceded in death by his step father, Ricky Rodriguez in 2003 and his maternal Grandmother, Olivia Martinez in 2007.
