Sam Terry

Memorial services for Sam Terry, 71, of Brownfield, were held Saturday,
January 28, 2006, in the Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with
Rev. Chad McMullin officiating.
Mr. Terry died Thursday, January 26, 2006, in Lubbock. He was born
May 23, 1934, in Quanah, and was married to Georgia Mae Wilson on
August 19, 1965, in Brownfield. He graduated from Quanah High School
and
attended North Texas State College in Denton.
He was a US Navy veteran with service in the Korean Conflict and was a
life member of VFW. He was employed by Amoco for 23 years.
Mr. Terry is survived by his wife and a loving companion, "Bascomb".
He
was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and 3 sons.
