Tankersley, 69, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2007, in
Fort Worth. Graveside services: 2:30 pm Saturday
in the Terry County Memorial Cemetery in Brownfield, Texas. Honorary
Pallbearers are Jim "Jigger" Tankersley, Joe Don George, Charlie
George, Ralph and Jim Dildine. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Hospice of Texas, 6100 Western Place, Ste 500 Fort Worth Tx 76107. Bettie was born Jan. 12, 1938, in Brownfield but lived in Lubbock most of her adult life. She moved to Fort Worth in May 2005. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Richard. Survivors: Sons Billy and Mike, Grandchildren: Kristyne, Ethan, Alexis, Adam, Landon, Avrey, Allye, Kameron, and Seth; and great grandchild, Kyla. Brownfield News |
