| Johnny Stowe
went to be with his Lord on Saturday April 28, 2012, at his
residence in Brownfield. Services will be at 11
a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at Living Water Four Square Church with
Pastor Jean Bautista officiating. Mr. Stowe was born on April 3, 1941, in Bennington, Okla., to Simon George Stowe and Ruby Alice (Pierce) Stowe. He met the love of his life, Carolyn Smith, on August 3, 1973, in Bonham. Johnny's family remembers how he loved to go fishing, work out on the farm and clean his tractor. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 38 years, Carolyn Stowe; four sons, Johnny Stowe and wife Susie, Robert Stowe and wife Lib and Leslie Stowe, all from Bonham, and Walter Medcalf of Odessa; six daughters, Tammy Waggoner and husband Troy of Ravenna, Teresa Russell of Van Alstyne, Crystal Casarez and husband David of Sherman, Caryn Caballero and husband Julio of Brownfield, Cheryl Ramos and husband Victor of Plains and Cindy Montoya and husband Johnny of Monahans; three brothers, Junior Stowe and wife Joyce of Brownfield, Wayne Stowe and wife Regina of Seminole and Marty Stowe and wife Tracey of Everman; three sisters, Gloria Tidwell and husband Billy Joe of Brownfield, Sue Tye and husband William of Forney and Linda English and husband Lenny of Granbury. He also leaves behind 26 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Dovie, Mary, Syble and Faye; two brothers, Tommy and Donny; and three grandchildren, Ashley, Bailey and Logan.
