| Murva Stallings,
70, of Brownfield passed away Monday, April 16, 2007. Services will
be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Immanuel Baptist
Church with Rev. Jerry Payne officiating. Murva was born March 6, 1937, in Wynert, Texas, to Odis and Georgia Boring and moved with her family to Brownfield in 1941. She married Clyde Stallings on February 17, 1962, in Brownfield. He preceded her in death on October 30, 1994. She worked as a nurse for 40 years at the Hope-Smith Clinic. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Lary, on September 12, 1990, and her sisters Rita Degraffenreid and Frankie Franklin. She is survived by 4 grandchildren: Eldon Lary of Brownfield, Stephen Lary of Brownfield, Jennifer Lary of Seminole, and Brittany Shrimpton of Brownfield; and 2 brothers, Odis Boring & Olan Boring.
