Billy Price Shults, 80, passed away Monday, Nov. 6, 2006, in Bronte,
                                    Texas.   His services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at First Baptist
                                    Church in Brownfield.  Brownfield Funeral Home was in charge of
                                    arrangements.

                                    Mr. Shults was born Dec. 31, 1925 in Jack City, Texas to George and Lela
                                    Shults and was raised in Terry County, where he attended Union and Gomez
                                    schools.    He farmed in Terry and Gaines Counties. He owned a fertilizer
                                    business in Loop until 1981. He married Marilee Shepard on Nov. 3, 1950
                                    in Abilene.

                                    He is preceded in death by a brother, Carrol Shults, and a sister, Emma Dell
                                    Hughlett. Survivors include his wife, Marilee Shults; a son, Derris Shults; a daughter,
                                    Brenda Barnett; a brother Coye Shults; three sisters, Juanita Hudson,
                                    Oice Lewellen, Flaura Lee Bass; and five grandchildren, Nathan Barnett,
                                    Chad and wife Christy Barnett, Cara Barnett, Jeremy Shults, and David Lance
                                    Woods.
