                BROWNFIELD -Grave- side services for Marguerite Sherrin,85,of Brownfield will be at 4 p.m.            
                Friday, April 18, 2003,at Terry County Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Land officiating.
                Services are under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

                She died Wednesday, April 16,2003, in Lubbock. She was born Aug.17, 1917, in Callahan County
                and attended Tokio schools. She moved to Yoakum County in 1924 with her parents and married
                J. W. "Stubby" Sherrin on Dec. 9, 1934, in Tahoka. They lived and farmed in the Tokio area until 1964,
                at which time they moved to Brownfield.   Mrs. Sherrin was preceded in death by her husband on   
                Feb.19,1987. She was a  member of First Baptist Church.  She is also preceded in death by her
                daughter, Billie Dale Sherrin, in 1943.
