Raul Adame Romero, 75, of Brownfield will be at 10 a.m. Thursday,
April 21, 2011, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Gerald
Leatham officiating. Burial will be in Brownfield Cemetery under the
direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Raul passed away Monday, April 18, 2011, in a Lubbock hospital. He was born December 6, 1935, in Donnato Celia Adame Romero. He married Anita Tijerina on September 24, 1957, in Brownfield. Raul owned and operated Taco Express in Brownfield for 23 years. Raul is survived by his wife Anita; five children, Debbie Burse and husband Dewayne, Delma Dominguez and husband David, Leticia Romero Grimaldo and husband Julio, Ricky Romero and Raul Romero Jr. and wife Lori; grandchildren, Kristi Burse, D'Nika Romero and fiance' Justin Edwards, Jason Dominguez and wife Casey, Dewayne Burse, Jr. and wife Cristal, Nathan Dominguez, Lauren Romero, Nicholas Romero, Sebastian Grimaldo and Enrique Grimaldo ; two great-grandchildren, Liliana Dominguez and Alexis Edwards; four brothers and sisters, Lupe Carillo, Rosa Martinez, Armando Romero and Frank Romero.
