Graveside services for Geraldo Rodriquez, 58, of Amarillo, were held Wednesday,
July 5, 2006,
in Brownfield Cemetery with Father Gerald Leatham officiating.
He died Saturday, July 1, 2006 in Amarillo. He was born near
Morton to Charles and
Cruz Rodriquez on Jan. 26, 1948. He was raised in Brownfield and moved to
Amarillo in 1996.
He is survived by his mother--Cruz Rodriquez; six brothers--Juan of Denver,
Colo.,
Ramon of Greeley, Colo., Jose of Commerce City, Colo., Erasmo of Brownfield,
Gabriel of
Brush, Colo. and Adam of Fort Morgan, Colo. He is also
survived by five sisters--Sara
Rodriquez of Brownfield, Estella Michaels of Scottsdale, Ariz., Lucia Wies of
Salt Lake City, Utah., Jeri Ann Hernandez of Hollins, Ala. and Christian Flores
of Odessa.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles, in 2004 and one brother, Lucas,
in 1962.
Pallbearers were his brothers and nephews.
