| Ramon Reynero,
80, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at Mi Casita Care Center in
Lubbock. Funeral mass for Mr. Renyero was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 20, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Gerald Leatham officiating. Personal services are under the direction of Mark A. Jones Funeral Directors of Brownfield. Ramon was born January 17, 1930, to Gavino and Maria Reynero in Hutto, Texas. He married Ester Garcia in Meadow on December 9, 1962. He lived in Meadow his whole life. Ramon was the best father ever. His family remembers him as being a hard worker and how he liked working out in the yard. He loved playing Bingo and riding his bike. He was a Catholic. He is survived by his wife Ester of the home; three sons, Oscar Reynero and Ray Reynero, both of Meadow, and Henry Reynero and wife Melissa of Lubbock; two daughters: Diana Guzman and husband Alex Sr. of Meadow and Silvia Garcia and husband Richard of Lubbock; and two brothers, Joe Reynero, Sr. of Canyon and Gavino Reynero, Sr. of Meadow. He also leaves behind six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by both parents, Gavino and Maria Reynero; one grandson, Timothy Reynero; two brothers and two sisters.
