will be held 10 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2007, at St. Anthony's
Catholic Church for Eva Martinez Peņa,
with Father Gerald Leatham officiating. Burial will follow at
Brownfield Cemetery. Mrs. Peņa was born on March 14, 1936, to Abraham and Augustine Martinez in Ragan, Texas. She moved to Brownfield in 1999 from Littlefield. Her children remember that above all, she lived life to the fullest. Those left to cherish her memories include two sons: Noe of Brownfield and Abel of Woodbine, Kansas, one brother: Abran Martinez, Jr. of Littlefield, three sisters: Ruth Escovedo of Fresno, Calif., Lutie Flores of Anton and Mary Munoz of Lubbock. She also left nine Grandchildren and five Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. Brownfield News |
