services for Jacqueline Moonen, 71, of Brownfield will be 10:30
Thursday, Nov. 8, at Evergreen Cemetery in Ballinger with Rev. Jerry
Payne officiating. Mrs. Moonen died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, in Brownfield. She was born Feb. 11, 1936, in Norton to Ruben and Jacqueline Cope and graduated from Norton High School. She married John Moonen, Dec. 31, 1957, in Norton, TX. They moved to Brownfield in 1961. She owned and operated J&J Ceramics in Levelland. She was an LVN, working several years in obstetrics, and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. Moonen is survived by her husband, John, of Brownfield; two daughters, Robin Sulivan and husband Keith, and Reeda York and husband Randy, all of Levelland. She is also survived by four grandchildren--Mykka Dockery, Lindsi Taylor, Ashli York and Stevi York; two great granddaughters--Averi and Abi Dockery and a great grandson on the way. Mrs. Moonen is also survived by one sister--Corli Kresta of Ft. Stockton.
