Clyde McCullough, 73, of Brownfield were held Friday, Jan. 25, at
Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clarence Branch
officiating. Burial was in Terry County Memorial
Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Mr. McCullough died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008, in Brownfield. He was born Dec. 17, 1934, to J.C. and Willie McCullough in Terry County and was a lifelong Brownfield resident. He was a self-employed truck driver, retiring in 1985. He was also a police officer in Brownfield in the 1970's. Mr. McCullough married Glenda Brookey Oct. 3, 1959, in Brownfield. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by a son--Jimmy on April 6, 1980. Mr. McCullough is survived by his wife--Glenda of Brownfield and two daughters--Dana Robertson and her husband--Bob of New Hampshire and Lori Mendez and her husband--Lupe of Brownfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren--Jacob Mendez, Jayson Mendez, Lynzi Mirelez, Nicholas Jones, Sean and Cody Jones and by five great grandchildren.
