| Services for
Edrie Elouise "Bitsy" Martin, 88, of Brownfield were held Monday,
Aug. 6, in the Brownfield Church of Christ with Bob Reynolds and
Rev. John Snider officiating. Interment was in
Terry County Memorial Cemetery. Mrs. Martin died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, in Brownfield. She was born April 20, 1919, in Knox County to Henry L. and Clemmie Serena Lee. She graduated from Tokio High School and married Reg Martin, Jan. 7, 1941, in Brownfield. He preceded her in death Aug. 2, 1994. She and her husband farmed for many years. She was a member of the Brownfield Quilting Club and the Terry Co. and Yoakum Co. Home Demonstration Club. She was a member of the Brownfield Church of Christ. In addition to
her husband, she is preceded in death by a grandson, Jody Lee Hart,
in 1996; five sisters and six brothers. |
