29, 1989 Services for Clarence Livesay, 60, of Brownfield will be at 4 p.m. today in First Methodist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Metzger, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. He died at 1: 28 a.m. Thursday in Methodist Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Rose Hill, Va., and moved from New Lynn to O'Donnell in 1932. He graduated from Wellman High School and was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He married Valta Bradley on June 5, 1948, in Brownfield. He retired as a shipping foreman for Columbia Carbon in 1984 and was a member of First Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Dalene Bell of Lubbock and Judy Wilson of Lancaster, California; his mother, Minnie Livesay of Seagraves; two sisters,Virginia Jones and Ruth Bearden, both of Seminole; two brothers , Charlie of Fort Worth and Winston of Seagraves; and three grandchildren. |
