Florence Beatrice Knowles, 89, formerly of Brownfield, were held
June 16 at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Bob Reynolds
officiating. Interment was in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under
the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Flo passed away Friday June 13, 2008, in Lubbock. She was born Jan. 25, 1919, in Hollis, Okla. to Wyatt and Dora King. She is preceded in death by two sons and a grandchild. She was a member of Kings Ridge Church of Christ in Lubbock. Flo is survived by her daughter, Jannis McNeely of El Dorado, Kan.; a brother, Gerald W. King of Lubbock; two sisters, Dorothy Morgan of Lubbock and Eddie Jo Powell of Houston; seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Brownfield News |
