services for Eva Bernice Kisor, 88, of Brownfield were held Friday,
Nov. 2, in Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Charles Smith
officiating. Mrs. Kisor died Wed., Oct. 31, 2007, in Brownfield. She was born Nov. 16, 1918, in Davis, Okla. to J. N. and Martha Jane Jeffreys. She graduated from Post High School. Mrs. Kisor married Max Edward Kisor on July 31, 1937, in Clovis, N.M. He preceded her in death on Jan. 25, 1992. She and her husband farmed in Hale County until moving to Meadow in 1943 where they opened Kisor Electric TV Sales & Service in Meadow. They returned to farming in the Wellman area from 1976 until retiring in 1989. They then moved to Brownfield in 1991. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Kisor is also preceded in death by two brothers; two sisters and a son, Dwayne, in 1982. Pallbearers were Alan Berryhill, Terry Chrestman, Bryan Chrestman, Craig Kisor, Rocky Phoels, Caleb Yeager and Joe Burns. Mrs. Kisor is survived by one son--Jeff and his wife--Priscilla of Amarillo; one daughter--Ann Bevers of Brownfield; four grandchildren--Nikki Chrestman of Brownfield, Pam Berryhill of Brownfield, Craig Kisor of Austin and Patti Phoels of San Angelo. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
