Hines passed away on April 6, 2009. A memorial service will be held
at 11 a.m. Friday, April 17, at Abundant Harvest Community Church.
Olivia was born June 23, 1966, in Brownfield to Mary and Jesse
Hines. She attended school in Brownfield. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, I.H. and Olivia Harris and Stella Hines; her parents, Mary and Jesse Hines; and her brothers, Jimmy and Eula Charles Hines. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Andre Hines of Sherman and Lamar Hines of Brownfield; brothers, Robert Hines and his wife Denise of Denver City, Tommy Hines and his wife Leatrice of Brownfield, Isaac Hines and his wife Sonya of San Bernardino, Calif., John Hines and his wife Toi of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters Patricia Kemp of Los Angeles, Stella Hines and her husband Jesse, and Lavern Mann and her husband Michael, all of Long Beach, Calif.; a half-brother, Shad Evans of Brownfield; a half-sister, Jennifer Stell and her husband Kevin of Amarillo; one newborn granddaughter, Maliyah Elaine Hines of Sherman; many nieces and nephews and a host of special aunts and uncles.
