                                Services for Colleen Herron, 81, of Brownfield will be at 2 p.m., 
                                Wed., Jan 11, 2006, at Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel
                                with Homer Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Terry County Memorial
                                Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

                                Mrs. Herron died Monday, Jan. 9, 2006, in Lubbock.  She was born 
                                Oct 24, 1924, at Elm Lake, TX., and was a life long resident of Terry County.
                                She graduated from Wellman High School in 1942.   On May 22, 1942, 
                                she married Embree Hulse in Lovington, NM.   He preceded her in death
                                on August 19, 1962.   She married Robert G. Herron on September 23, 
                                1966, in Odessa.   He preceded her in death May 25, 1985.   She is also
                                preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Hulse.

                                She was employed by Wellman School District for several years and by 
                                Hoys Florist for 5 years.     She was a member of Wellman First Baptist Church.

                                She is survived by two sons, Carroll Hulse of Knoxville, TN., and Leland
                                Hulse of Lubbock; by a daughter, Laurene Lowe of Lubbock; 8 grandchildren,
                                5 great-grandchildren; by two stepsons, John Herron of Houston and Grady
                                Herron of Brownfield; two stepdaughters, Sharlene Martin of Brownfield and
                                Peggy Anderson of Slaton; 7 step grandchildren and 8 step great-grandchildren.

                                The family will have visitation from 1 to 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
