| Marlene Hamm,
73, of Brownfield passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2009, at her
home. Graveside services were held Dec. 1 at Terry
County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral
Home. Marlene was born on Aug. 11, 1936, in Whiteflat to Weldon and Inez Bailey. She married Billy Dick Hamm, Sr. on Jan.4, 1954, in Clovis, N.M. He preceded her in death on Sept. 18, 2008. She was also preceded in death by her son, Billy Duke Hamm, Jr. She was a member
of First United Methodist Church. Marlene is survived by her
son, David Hamm of Aubrey; two daughters, Sandra Hamm of Brownfield
and Cindy Everett of Sundown; six grandchildren and a brother,
Ronald Bailey of Matador. |
