Services for Dona Pearl Graham, 68, of Brownfield were held Tuesday, Sept. 5,
at Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Payne officiating.
Burial was in Terry County Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Graham died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006 in Brownfield. She
was born Aug. 27, 1938
in Anson to Homer Clyde and Dollie Parlee Hinson and moved with her family from
Spur
to Brownfield in 1942. She graduated from Brownfield High School.
She worked and was
a supervisor for USDA Cotton Classing Division in Lamesa for over 30 years.
She married Ronnie Graham on October 4, 1954 in Lovington, N.M. He
preceded her in
death July 10, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a son,
Montie Blue Graham, in 1990.
She is survived by a daughter and son, Sharlann Smothermon and Lonnie Graham of
Brownfield;
a brother, Homer C. Hinson, Jr. of Lubbock; six grandchildren, Ronnette McMeans,
Andrea
Payne,
Audrey Ribble, Cassie Jowers, Casey Graham and Austin Graham; and by six great
grandchildren.
